This is the long eastern self-guided option and it is a different animal from the three-day highlights package. It starts in Göynük Canyon, climbs into the mountain villages around Gedelme and Kuzdere, crosses the Tahtalı flank to Beycik, then comes down to the classic coast at Çıralı, Olympos, Adrasan and Gelidonya.
The operator handles the luggage, hotels and vehicle links. The walking is independent, but several days are genuinely long and steep.

What the tour page does not tell you
- Do not read “self-guided” as “easy”. Days 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are long mountain days, with two 1000 m-climb days in the first half of the week.
- The optional Tahtalı summit changes day 4 materially: you climb to 2365 m and use the cable car down rather than descending on foot to Beycik.

Questions people actually ask
Is the seven-day eastern self-guided trek beginner-friendly?
Not in the casual sense. The operator labels the package easy-to-medium overall, but its own itinerary includes 16–19 km days and climbs of up to 1000 m. Regular hill fitness matters.
Is Tahtalı summit included?
It is an optional variation on day 4. If you take it, you descend by cable car rather than walking down to Beycik.
Do I carry my luggage?
No. The operator arranges luggage movement and route transfers between the overnight stops.
How does this differ from the 3-day Antalya self-guided package?
The three-day product cherry-picks coastal/easier eastern highlights; the seven-day version crosses the mountain interior before reaching Olympos, Adrasan and Gelidonya.
